1. Make the following changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About regulations of traveling expenses" of January 25, 2008 No. 14 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 1, Article 44, No. 6, Article 589, No. 12, Article 1118; 2011, No. 1, Article 66, No. 9, Article 854):
1.1. in the third part after words of "leading employees" to add the word "to foreign countries" and to give Appendix 2, approved by the specified resolution in the following edition:
"Allowances to standard daily rate of traveling expenses in connection with business trips of leading employees and category of leading employees to whom these allowances are applied

1. During the official journeys entertainment expenses per every day in the amount of 10 percent from standard daily rate of traveling expenses are paid to persons specified in 1 and 2 parts of the table. To specified persons and having degree of the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary during diplomatic activities, and also to persons which are part of the intergovernmental commissions created by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, transportation expenses are paid on rates "business class" for the airplane, "business class" or "first-class carriage with 2-seater compartment" for railway trains, in all other cases transportation expenses are paid on rates "economy class" for the airplane, "the car with 4-seater compartment" for railway trains.
2. In case of accommodation of delegations of high level of the Azerbaijan Republic by the host party of heads during sending to foreign countries for participation in the international actions and bilateral meetings in hotel according to legal rules if traveling expenses according to the submitted documents exceed 60 percent from the daily amount of the actual hotel expenses taking into account allowances to standard daily rate of the traveling expenses specified in the table, this difference is paid as additional expenses to traveling expenses for hotel days. Traveling expenses of other members of the specified official delegation placed in hotel in the same order are paid based on the submitted documents with condition not of exceeding of the standard daily rate of traveling expenses established over the respective countries in time 1,5.
3. The leading employees specified in the table having the right to receive only one allowance from established for them.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
