About modification and amendments in some legal acts
This law realizes part provisions (2) Article 4 of Regulations (EU) No. 810/2009 of the European Parliament and Council of the July 13, 2009 establishing the Code of Community about visas (The visa code).
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 55 of the Land code No. 828-XII of December 25, 1991 (repeated publication: 2001, 107, the Art. 817), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:
"Article 55. The lands intended for needs of defense, internal troops, content and control of frontier

The procedure for provision and use of lands for needs of defense, internal troops, content and control of frontier is established by the Government.".
Art. II. - In the Law on the state fee No. 1216-XII of December 3, 1992 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 5355, of the Art. 302), with subsequent changes to make the following change and addition:
1. 3) of Article 3 to add Item with the subitem of d-1) of the following content:
"d-1) for issue of visa by Boundary police in exceptional cases at check points through frontier in compliance with the legislation according to the rates established in appendix 2 to the Law on the consular fees No. 242 of September 24, 2010 (payment is performed in lei".
