1. "About Public service of employment of Ukraine" to state Article 5 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of January 16, 2013 to No. 19 in such edition:
"5. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
1) in three-months time:
bring the decisions into accord with this Decree;
resolve in accordance with the established procedure issues concerning the termination of public service of employment;
perform other actions following from this Decree;
2) before completion of implementation of the actions connected with formation of Public service of employment of Ukraine and its territorial authorities to provide accomplishment of their functions of public service of employment by relevant organs".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
