About approval of Changes to Regulations on procedure for maintaining the register of members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item of 1 part three of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Approve Changes registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 07, 2012 for No. 1547/21859 (are applied) to the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the register of members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 12, 2012 No. 7,.

2. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To banks which are entered in the register of members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits to give to Fund guaranteeing household deposits in two weeks after the introduction in action of this decision information provided by the paragraph the fourth Item 2 of the Section ІІІ Regulations on procedure for maintaining the register of members of Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 12, 2012 No. 7, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 07, 2012 for No. 1547/21859.

5. To department of public relations and the international organizations to provide placement of this decision on the official page of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after it to state registration.

Changes to Regulations on procedure for maintaining the register of members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

1. To state Item 5 of the Section I in such edition:

"5. In case of provision of information (documents) directly in Fund date of representation is registration date of paper forms of information (documents) in Fund. In case of receipt of information (documents) by mail date of representation is determined by postage stamp of the company (department) of communication which services the sender. In case of failure to carry out of these conditions information (documents) data are considered given out of time.".

2. ІІ to state subitem 4.2 of item 4 of the Section in such edition:

"4.2. In the register of members of Fund in electronic form, except provided in subitem 4.1 of item 4 of the Section ІІ this Provision of information, data on surname, name and middle name, the place of residence and passport data or data of other documents which prove the identity, the registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer assigned by body of the State Tax Service of such persons are in addition entered:

chairman of the board (board of directors) of the member of Fund;

deputies or acting as chairman of the board and board members (board of directors) of the member of Fund;

chief accountant, his deputies or acting as the chief accountant;

owners of essential participation of the member of Fund;

members of the supervisory (supervising) board of the member of Fund;

members of audit committee of the member of Fund;

persons who provided services as auditors to the member of Fund;

persons who provided services as legal advisers to the member of Fund;

subjects of estimative activities which provided services to the member of Fund;

regular, or other financial privileges from the member of Fund have persons who on individual basis receive from the member of Fund deposit interests on more favorable conditions than.

If person because of the religious beliefs refuses adoption of registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer and reported about it to relevant organ of the State Tax Service, information on mark in the passport of such person concerning availability of the right at it is entered in the register of members of Fund to make any payments on series and passport number (for residents).".

3. In the Section ІІІ:

in Item 2:

The participant Fonda shall throughout seven working days from the date of emergence of changes to data which contain in the documents determined in paragraphs the second - the fourth Item 2 of this Section, to submit to Fund by mail or directly to Fund, or means of electronic communication of the National Bank of Ukraine the written Message on changes of data which contain in the register of members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits, according to appendix 4 to this Provision. In case of change of persons, information on whom is entered in the register, the Message in addition shall contain information concerning date and number of the ordering document on appointment of specified persons.

The participant Fonda shall in case of changes quarterly to the 10th following quarter to provide in Fund information provided by the paragraph the fifth Item 2 of this Section, condition on 1 number of quarter. Information provided by paragraphs the eighth - the tenth subitem 4.2 of item 4 of the Section ІІ this Provision, moves in one year which precedes quarter in which she moves.";
