Bring in appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 13, 2005 No. 286 "About establishment of the amount of payment for licensing for carrying out specific type of insurance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 15, Art. 773; 2011, No. 57, the Art. 2294) changes which are applied.

1. Add appendix with Items 21-1 and 21-2 of such content:
"21-1. Insurance of agricultural products.
21-2. Insurance of civil responsibility of the arbitration manager (the manager of the property managing sanitation, the liquidator) for damage which can be caused in connection with accomplishment of its obligations.".
2. To add Item 36 after words of "financial institution" with words "(for banks - the authorized person of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits), members of executive directorate and administrative board of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits".
3. To add Item 42 after the words "Animal insurance" with words "(except those which are used for the purpose of agricultural production)".
4. Add appendix with Items 62 and 63 of such content:
