About Sohn's statement of aquaculture (fish breeding) and ryboproduktivnost on regions of Ukraine
According to the paragraph of part one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About aquaculture" and Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 23, 2011 No. 500, for the purpose of ensuring rational use of fishery water objects (their parts) I ORDER the fourth:
1. Approve Zones of aquaculture (fish breeding) and ryboproduktivnost on regions of Ukraine which are applied.
2. To the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of agro-industrial development of regional public administrations, Management of the industry, development of infrastructure of agro-industrial complex of the Sevastopol city public administration:
2.1. By provision in use of water objects (their parts) for the purpose of fish farming to adhere to regulations of zones of aquaculture (fish breeding) and zone ryboproduktivnost on regions of Ukraine.
2.2. Submit annually till March 01 to the State agency of fishery of Ukraine information on condition of observance of regulations of zones of aquaculture (fish breeding) and zone ryboproduktivnost on regions of Ukraine.
3. To department of livestock production (Getya A. A.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of the introduction in operation of the Law of Ukraine "About aquaculture".
5. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Chuzhmir M. A.
