About some questions of activities of the centers of provision of services connected with use of vehicles
According to the Law of Ukraine "About administrative services", subitem 89.1.7 of subitem 89.1 of Item 89 of the Section VI of the National plan of action for 2012 concerning the implementation of the Program of economic reforms for 2010-2014 "Prosperous society, competitive economy, the effective state" approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 12, 2012 No. 187, for the purpose of improvement of the organization of work and terms of service of the population I ORDER:
1. Create the centers of provision of services, the vehicles of head departments, managements of MVFD of Ukraine connected with use in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol by reorganization of divisions of the registration examination-paper of the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
2. Approve Standard regulations on the Center of provision of services, the vehicles connected with use which is applied.
3. To chiefs of managements (departments) of the State traffic inspectorate of head departments, Departments of MIA of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol:
3.1. Prepare and submit for approval to management relevant provisions about the centers which are under their supervision.
3.2. Take necessary measures for providing the centers of provision of services connected with use of vehicles, the respective rooms, technical means and the electronic and computing equipment according to existing rules of accessory.
4. To provide to department of the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
