Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of June 26, 1992 N 3132-1 "About the status of judges in the Russian Federation" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, N 30, Art. 1792; Russian Federation Code, 1995, N 26, Art. 2399; 2001, N 51, Art. 4834; 2009, N 19, Art. 2273; 2010, N 52, Art. 6986) following changes:

Article 6.2 to add 1) with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1.1. The chairman of district court along with implementation of the powers and functions listed in Item 1 of this Article for the purpose of ensuring uniformity of load of magistrate judges if load of the magistrate judge exceeds average load of the magistrate judge on the judicial area, has the right the motivated order to submit part of the criminal, civil cases, cases on administrative offenses and the actions for declaration which arrived to the magistrate judge of one judicial site, the magistrate judge of other judicial site of the same judicial area.";

2) in Article 7.1:

a) in Item 2 of the word "Involvement of the Judge Who Is in Resignation to Fulfillment of Duties of the Judge" shall be replaced with words "Involvement of the judge of the federal court which is in resignation to fulfillment of duties of the judge of federal court";

b) add with Item 3 following of content:
