According to the Law of Ukraine "About personal data protection", the Standard procedure for processing of personal data in bases of personal data approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 30, 2011 No. 3659/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 03, 2012 for No. 1/20314, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power DECIDES:
1. Approve the Procedure for processing of personal data in base of personal data of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power it (is applied).
2. Determine responsible for the organization of work in NKRE connected with personal data protection in case of their processing, department of work with personnel, prevention and anti-corruption.
3. To department of work with personnel, prevention and anti-corruption in the procedure established by the legislation to provide provision of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
