About some questions of depositary accounting of shares

For the purpose of enhancement of depositary accounting of shares of joint-stock companies from shares of the state in authorized fund I decide:

1. Bring in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2006 No. 277 "About some questions of regulation of the security market" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 71, 1/7529; 2009, No. 159, 1/10809; 2011, No. 99, 1/12797; 2012, No. 47, 1/13448; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.10. 2012, 1/13805) following amendments and change:

1.1. in subitem 1.2:

the second after the words "except for" to add part with words "the shares specified in part three of this subitem and";

after part two to add the subitem with part of the following content:

"Accounting of share rights, the Republic of Belarus which is in property, including economic maintaining the republican unitary enterprises, or its administrative and territorial units, including economic maintaining municipal unitary enterprises, is performed by Central Securities Depository in the Republic of Belarus.";

1.2. state subitem 1.42 in the following edition:

"1.42. legal entities and physical persons have the right to obtain the confidential information on depositors in the cases provided by this Decree and other legal acts.

The republican state body on management of state-owned property, regional and Minsk city executive committees has the right to obtain the confidential information on depositors regarding shares of joint-stock companies from shares of the state in authorized fund, and also joint-stock companies determined in part one of subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 16, 2006 No. 677 "About some questions of the order the property which is in utility property and property acquisitions in property of administrative and territorial units" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 189, 1/8083).
