About modification of the Regulations on civil defense in the Russian Federation
For the purpose of enhancement of actions for civil defense the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
Bring in Item 10 of the Regulations on civil defense in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 26, 2007 N 804 (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 49, the Art. 6165), the following changes:
a) in paragraph three the word", the subways" to exclude;
b) add with the paragraph of the following content:
"device in peace time of the subways for the shelter of the population taking into account dangers peace and wartime, availability of protective constructions of civil defense and the planned actions for civil defense and protection of the population.".
