Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the Regulations on the organization of conversion of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 24, 2009 No. 147 (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 9, Art. 1115; 2011, No. 51, Art. 7534):

a) state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3.
