In departure from provisions of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000, the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997, the Law on customs tariff No. 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997, the Law on environmental protection No. 1515-XII of June 16, 1993 and the Law on production wastes and consumption No. 1347-XIII of October 9, 1997 to resolve according to the procedure of exception import to the country and the room under customs regime of import, with exemption of import payments, without the alienation right:

a) The Moldavian football federation - the rubber granules for covering of 30 artificial football fields classified by goods item 4004, provided gratuitously (donation) by the International football federation;

b) Federations of aerobics and shaping of the Republic of Moldova - the gymnastic sports equipment, for 80 percent provided gratuitously (donation) of gymnastics by the European federation and for 20 percent of the municipium of Chisinau financed by primeriya:

- the scaffold for rhythmic gymnastics classified by goods item 9506;

- the carpet for rhythmic gymnastics classified by goods item 9506;

- the scaffold for aerobics classified by goods item 9506.
