About exchange of some parcels of land of forest fund for the purpose of construction of the Center of support of cross-border business environment - training, exhibitions and symposiums

Art. 1. - In departure from provisions of the Law on the lands which are in public property, and their differentiation No. 91-XVI of April 5, 2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, 316), with subsequent changes, is allowed to No. 70-73, of the Art.:

a) exchange of the parcel of land of Ploshchad 2,19 of hectare of the forest fund which is in public property of the state, cadastral number 5527109643, on the parcel of land Ploshchad 2,2 of hectare of the forest fund which is in public property of the area Yaloven, cadastral number 5527109745;

b) exception of forest fund of the parcel of land with cadastral number 5527109643, provided as a result of exchange to the area Yaloven for the purpose of construction of the Center of support of cross-border business environment - training, exhibitions and symposiums.

Art. 2. - The parcel of land Ploshchad 2, of hectare expelled from forest fund according to article 1 of this law and construction of the Center of support of cross-border business environment - training, exhibitions and symposiums are considered intended for public use. The losses caused by exception of this parcel of land of forest fund are not subject to compensation.

Art. 3. - In 30-day time from the date of publication of this law to change the government purpose of the parcel of land according to provisions of this law.
