About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning separate types of special gasolines

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 N 54) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union subsubline item according to the appendix N 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of subsubline item according to the appendix N 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union according to the appendix N 3;

d) in group 27 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union:

in the additional note 2a to replace the 2710 12 250 0 code of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union with the 2710 12 250 code;

in the additional note of the Customs union:

state the name in the following edition: "Additional notes of the Customs union:";

add with the additional note 2 following of content:

"2. For subsubline item products 2710 12 250 1 content of N hexane is determined by the ASTM D method 5134, temperature of the beginning and the end of boiling is determined by the EN ISO 3405 method.".
