recognizing reasonable essential expansion of amounts of interstate radio in the nearest future - and telecastings, telecommunication bonds,

noting considerable promotion in project implementation of the multipurpose telebroadcasting satellite World system for the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States approved by the Decision of Council of Heads of Government of September 9, 1994 solved:

1. Establish the status of radio - television and telecommunication channels of interstate communication of the Commonwealth of Independent States in this connection to Interstate Coordination Council of MTRK "World" in a month to develop and in accordance with the established procedure to introduce on the regular meeting of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth the project of the Regulations on the status of radio - television and telecommunication channels of interstate communication of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

2. Ask the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make relevant decisions on creation of national branches of Mir Intergovernmental TV & Radio Company in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
