1. Determine that:

a) catch of the water biological resources got (caught) when implementing industrial fishery in internal sea waters of the Russian Federation, in the territorial sea of the Russian Federation, on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation, in exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation and in the Caspian Sea and also the fish and other products made from them is brought to seaports of the Russian Federation (catch of anadromous species of fish, production (catch) of which is performed according to article 29.1 of the Federal law "About Fishery and Preserving Water Biological Resources", can be also delivered to the territory of the Russian Federation to the places of delivery of catch of the specified anadromous species of fish located in the territories adjacent to fishing sites which list affirms executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation in coordination with Federal Agency for Fishery, and (or) to fishery sites which list was approved till December 31, 2018 by executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation in coordination with Federal Agency for Fishery);
