About modification of the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 20, 2010 No. 745 "About approval of the register of the state services rendered to physical persons and legal entities" and of October 8, 2012 No. 1262 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of pharmaceutical activities"

1. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 18.09.2013 No. 983
2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 8, 2012 No. 1262 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of pharmaceutical activities":
to be reworded as follows the standard of the state service "Issue of Permission to Advertising of Medicines, Products of Medical Appointment and Medical Equipment" approved by the specified resolution according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
to be reworded as follows the standard of the state service "Approval of Import and (or) Export of the Registered and Unregistered Medicines in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Products of Medical Appointment and Medical Equipment" approved by the specified resolution according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
