About modification and amendments in the Judicial code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state article 68 of the Judicial code of the Republic of Armenia of February 21, 2007 (further - the Code) in the following edition:

"Article 68. Publication of court resolutions

2. The court resolutions of Court of cassation resolving case on being are subject to obligatory publication also in "Official sheets of the Republic of Armenia".

3. The procedure for publication of court resolutions on the official website of judicial authority of the Republic of Armenia is established by Council of predsedetel of courts.".

Article 2. In article 104 of the Code:

Article 3. To add article 107 of the Code with part 4.1 following of content:

"4.1. During the meetings of Council of justice conducting meeting has no right to ask speakers the questions relating in essence to disciplinary production.".
