About some questions of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of implementation of presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2012 "About approval of the Standard provision of state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and of January 16, 2013 No. 466 "About further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: No. 410

1. Form Committee on atomic energy of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Rename:

1) the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national nuclear center of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national nuclear center of the Republic of Kazakhstan" Committee on atomic energy of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of nuclear physics" of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of nuclear physics" of Committee on atomic energy of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of geophysical surveys" of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining, "Institute of geophysical surveys" of Committee on atomic energy of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
