1. Establish ceiling prices for retail sale of oil products on which state regulation of the prices in the following sizes including VAT is established:
diesel fuel - 102 tenges for liter;
Аи - 80 - 89 tenges for liter;
Аи - 92 - 110 tenges for liter.
2. Repeal the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies of October 2, 2012 No. 249-OD "About ceiling establishment of prices for retail sale of oil products on which state regulation of the prices is established".
