I DECIDE:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 4, 2004 No. 1287 "About approval of the Regulations on the diplomatic and equated to it representation of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 5, the Art. 67) the following changes:

"7. For realization of the main objectives and implementation of the functions assigned to it the representation has the right:

1) to coordinate activities in the state of stay of representations (representatives) and branches of the Kazakhstan state bodies and the organizations (further - the state organizations) and their employees;

2) to demand from the state organizations of complete informing and approval of activities which infringe on national interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the state of stay;

3) to perform other rights, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

"12. The ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan performs management of activities of consulate generals, consulates, vice-consulates, consular agencies, honourable consulates of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the state of stay and diplomatic missions of the Republic of Kazakhstan opened in the states of its accreditation, and also coordination of activities and control of work of the state organizations which are in the state of stay.

Heads of the state organizations:

1) shall approve the activities with the chief representative or consular establishment, render to the chief representative assistance in implementation of its powers, inform him on the activities;
