About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning financial accounting and the financial reporting of the microfinancial organizations
According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 1995 "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and for the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 26, 2012 "About the microfinancial organizations" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Make changes and additions to some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning financial accounting and the financial reporting of the microfinancial organizations according to the list which is drawn up by appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
