About modification of Article 47 of Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

1. Part third of Article 47 of the Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. No. 14-17, of Art. 133 with subsequent changes) to state in such edition:

"3. Vote is performed by the People's Deputy personally by means of electronic system by vote pro, contra or "refrained" in assembly hall of the Verkhovna Rada or in the place determined for secret vote near the hall for plenary meetings. In case of identification at plenary meeting by the People's Deputy of the fact of violation of requirements of rather personal vote by vote for other People's Deputy consideration of question of the agenda according to its requirement stops. The chairman at plenary meeting establishes presence of the corresponding People's Deputy at assembly hall of the Verkhovna Rada, and in case of its absence charges to Counting board to withdraw card of such People's Deputy and to transfer her to the chairman at plenary meeting and takes repeated vote concerning the offer which was put to the vote by the last".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
