1. Approve the actions plan on carrying out institutional reform in the field of monitoring and control of government assistance to subjects of managing and realization of provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About government assistance to subjects of managing" which is applied.
2. To the ministries, other central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations to send annually till January 5 to the Antimonopoly Committee information on condition of accomplishment of the actions plan approved to these orders for its generalization and representation till January 25 to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
