I. - Item 1 of article 1 of the Resolution of Parliament on fields of activity of the permanent commissions of Parliament No. 48-XVIII of October 29, 2009 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 160-161, of the Art. 482), with subsequent changes, after words "respect for parliamentary discipline, immunity, appointments and approvals;" to add with the text "monitoring of execution of decisions of the European Court of Human Rights by the Republic of Moldova and annual representation at the plenary session of Parliament of the report on results of such monitoring;".
Art. II. - This resolution becomes effective from the date of acceptance.
