1. Approve the Procedure for establishment of requirements concerning conducting economic activity by subjects of natural monopolies which does not belong to the sphere of natural monopolies, and restrictions concerning combination of types of economic activity by subjects of natural monopolies and subjects of managing in the adjacent markets in spheres of heat supply, centralized water supply and water disposal which is applied.
2. To department of licensed control (Rozhanskaya I. V.) provide this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
