1. Donate, with the consent of regional council of Felesht, boarding school for orphan children and children without parental support, in the city of Felesht, together with the adjacent parcel of land, from property of the state in public property of administrative and territorial unit of Felesht.
2. To the Ministry of Public Education together with regional council of Felesht to create the commission on reception-transmission of property and, since March 15, 2013, to perform its transfer according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of the state companies, the organizations, organizations, their divisions, buildings, constructions, fixed assets and other assets approved by the Order of the Government No. 688 of October 9, 1995 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 10, the Art. 45), with subsequent changes and amendments.
3. Change the Ministry of Finance ratio between the government budget and the budget of the area Felesht for 2013 by redirection of the current expenses provided in the government budget for the Ministry of Public Education in the budget of the area Felesht, after representation by the Ministry of Public Education of the calculations approved with bodies of public management of the area Felesht.
4. To provide to the agency of land relations and inventory modification of cadastral documentation according to provisions of Items 1 and 2 of this Resolution.
