About modification and amendments in Regulations on compensation of the value added tax

The government DECIDES:

In the Regulations on compensation of the value added tax approved by the Order of the Government No. 93 of February 1, 2013. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 27-30, of the Art. 140), to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the subitem 4) Item 45:

to state formula of calculation in the following edition:

in measure definition of V after the word "goods" to introduce the word of "services";

add the subitem with the following text:

"0,4 - reduction coefficient in compliance of delivery cost of milk, assessed on the lowered VAT rate in the amount of 8%, to the cost of other deliveries assessed on VAT rate in the amount of 20% performed by the agricultural producer (8: 20)";

2) in Item 46 in the second offer of the word of "multiplication of the VAT amount paid to the budget for the corresponding tax period by indicator" to replace with the text of "multiplication of 60% of the VAT amount paid to the budget for the corresponding tax period by indicator".
