In the Regulations on appointment conditions, procedure for calculation and allowance payment on temporary disability and other benefits of social insurance approved by the Order of the Government No. 108 of February 3, 2005. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, No. 24-25, of the Art. 162), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

In paragraphs nine and the tenth Item 23 of the word "second day" in both cases shall be replaced with words 1) "the first five days";

2) in the subitem b) Item 29-1;
