Make the following changes to the "Rules of provision of soft mortgage loans in the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 23, 2007 No. 515 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2007, No. 1, Article 8, No. 5, Article 457, No. 6, Article 608; 2010, No. 2, Article 80; 2012, No. 9, Article 859.

1.1. in Item 2.2 to replace figure "35 000" with figure "50 000";

1.2. give subitem 2.5.2 in the following edition:

"2.5.2. the military personnel of the Azerbaijan Republic, at least three years which were on military service, and also transferred to the reserve or resignation (except the military personnel who was on the valid compulsory military service).".

2. Determine that privileges on mortgage loans are not applied to the military personnel transferred to the reserve or resignation in the cases provided by Articles 41.0. 6, 41.0. 7, 41.0. 8, 41.0. 10, 42.0. 3, 42.0.4 and 42.0.5 Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About military obligation and military service".
