In pursuance of the tasks set for bodies of the State Customs Service resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 10, 2011 N PP-1595 "About measures for further enhancement and increase in efficiency of activities of bodies of the State Customs Service" and of January 29, 2013 N PP-1913 "About measures for further increase in competitiveness of domestic production and strengthening of fight against illegal commodity importation" among which one of the main is increase in accuracy of the information about the delivered goods on the republic territory and also for the purpose of further ensuring transparency of customs procedures, creating favorable conditions for participants of foreign economic activity, prevention of illicit movement on the territory of the republic of goods and counterfeit products the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve and enact since April 1, 2013 lists of the documents and data represented by carriers to bodies of the State Customs Service when moving goods and vehicles through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan by air, railway, road and water transport according to the appendices NN 1 - 4.
The body of the State Customs Service has no right to demand from carrier of submission of other data or documents, except those which are defined by international treaties and the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. To provide NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari, GAZhK "Uzbekiston Temir Yullar", respectively, representation to bodies of the State Customs Service of documents and data about:
