Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on the organization of work with the compatriots living abroad and wishing to move voluntarily to the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 2007 N 403 (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 27, by Art. 3290; 2010, N 43, Art. 5513).

Changes which are made to Regulations on the organization of work with the compatriots living abroad and wishing to move voluntarily to the Russian Federation

1. In Item 3:

a) the paragraph one to add with words ", and also the temporary groups created from among specialists of the Federal Migration Service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and other interested federal executive bodies, sent to diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Russian Federation (further - temporary groups)";

b) state paragraph two in the following edition:

"In case of absence of representations or representatives of the Federal Migration Service abroad, representations or representatives of Federal agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, the compatriots living abroad, and on the international humanitarian cooperation, and also temporary groups implementation of the specified functions is assigned to diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Russian Federation.".
