About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About environmental protection"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About environmental protection" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 11, the Art. 452) the following amendments and change:
1. In Article 2:
add Article with the paragraph the seventh the following content:

2. Regarding 1 Article 25:
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-the organization of regular collection and accounting of data on anthropogenic emissions from sources and absorption by absorbers of all greenhouse gases which are not regulated by the Montreal protocol which party is the Kyrgyz Republic, and also to consumption of ozone-depleting substances;";
add part with the paragraph the fifth the following content:
"-development, implementation and regular updating of national, regional and industry programs for emission reduction of greenhouse gases and adequate adaptation to climate change at least once in five years;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
