About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning separate types of paper and cardboard

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning the separate types of paper and cardboard classified:

in subsubline items 4810 13 800 9, 4810 19 900 0, 4810 22 100 0, 4810 29 300 0 FEACN CU, - in the amount of 5 percent from customs value from April 20, 2013 to January 19, 2014 inclusive;

in subsubline item of 4810 92 100 0 FEACN CU, - in the amount of 5 percent from customs value from April 20, 2013 to December 31, 2015 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) to add line item with the FEACN CU code 4810 92 100 0 in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "23C)";

b) in notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union:

in the note 6C of the word "till 31.12.2012 inclusive" shall be replaced with words "from 20.04.2013 till 19.01.2014 inclusive";

add with the note 23C of the following content:

"23C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 5% of customs value is applied from 20.04.2013 till 31.12.2015 inclusive.".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
