1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for submission of information concerning use of payment instruments and services it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2013.

3. The first reporting according to provisions of Item 1 of this resolution shall be provided for the accounting period the II quarter 2013.
