According to the paragraph to the fourth part one of article 22-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About state examination of land management documentation", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 23, 2011 No. 500, and on accomplishment of subitem 74.1.2 of subitem 74.1 of Item 74 of the National plan of action for 2012 concerning the implementation of the Program of economic reforms for 2010-2014 "Prosperous society, competitive economy, the effective state" approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 12, 2012 No. 187/2012, I ORDER:

1. The paragraph the fourth subitem 3.3.2 of Chapter 3 of the Technique of conducting state examination of the land management documentation approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine on land resources of December 03, 2004 No. 391, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on December 21, 2004 for No. 1618/10217 (with changes) to exclude.

2. To department of agriculture (Demidov O. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Bisyuk I. Yu.
