About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. To the ministries and other central executive bodies to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication, except the subitem 4 Items of 3 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since April 15, 2013.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 1992 No. 47 "About approval of samples national and international certificates of the drivers and documents necessary for registration of vehicles" (ZP of Ukraine, 1992, No. 3, Art. 57; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 1, Art. 10; 2004, No. 49, Art. 3212; 2007, No. 66, Art. 2548; 2011, No. 85, Art. 3102; 2012, No. 24, Art. 910):

Paragraph two of Item 1 of the resolution to state 1) in such edition:

"In case of change of state standards on registration plates for vehicles to permit the Ministry of Internal Affairs in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and bodies which according to the law perform departmental registration of vehicles, to approve series of such signs.";

Appendix 2 to the resolution to add 2) with model of such content:
