1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about evaluation procedure of legitimacy of application in the organizations of health care of methadone drug and acquisition by physical persons for recipes of drugs and psychotropic substances in the drugstores enabling the realization of the specified means and substances.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
