About approval of the Regulations on customs regime of temporary import (export)

1. Approve the Provision "About Customs Regime of Temporary Import (Export)" it (is applied).

2. Present the Provision in the Ministry of Justice for registration in the regulatory legal act form.

3. To administration (R. Zalov) after registration of the Provision in the Ministry of Justice to provide its mailing to all managements, independent departments of Committee and local customs authorities.

4. To charge control of execution of the Order to the First Deputy Chairman of Committee A. Aliyev.

Regulations on customs regime of temporary import (export)

1. General provisions

This Provision is developed according to provisions of Chapter 11 of the Customs code of the Azerbaijan Republic and determines rules of goods placement under customs regime of temporary import (export), prolongation of its terms.

1.1. Temporary import (export) of goods is customs regime in case of which use of temporarily imported (exported) goods on customs area of the Azerbaijan Republic or beyond its limits is allowed with full or partial relief from customs duties, taxes and without application of measures of economic policy.

Temporarily imported (exported) goods are subject to return in steady-state condition, except for changes owing to natural wear or use of goods, and also transportations and storages decreased under normal conditions.
