About settlement of a tariff for provision of services on servicing of the strengthened certificate of open key

According to Item 7 of the Regulations on the central zaveritelny body approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2004 No. 1451, subitems 64, 67 and 84 items 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 395, I ORDER:

1. Establish rate for provision of services by the Administrator of information and telecommunication system of the central zaveritelny body - the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (further - the ITS TsZO Administrator) on servicing of the strengthened certificate of open key in the amount of 3750 UAH in one month of servicing.

2. The means received for the provided services go to covering of the expenses connected with accomplishment of functions of the ITS TsZO Administrator and organizational and technical actions concerning ensuring functioning of software and hardware complex of information and telecommunication system of the central zaveritelny body, its development and maintenance.

3. To department of interaction with authorities (Zerkal O. V.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
