About modification of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 21, 2012 No. 636 "About structure of federal executive bodies"
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 21, 2012 N 636 "About structure of federal executive bodies" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, N 22, Art. 2754; N 27, of the Art. 3674) following changes:
a) Item 3 paragraph two after words of "sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population" to add with words "(except for developments and approvals of the state sanitary and epidemiologic rules and hygienic standard rates)";
b) add with Item 14.1 of the following content:
"14.1. Determine that the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare performs functions on development and approval of the state sanitary and epidemiologic rules and hygienic standard rates.".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
