1.1. studying of procedure for observance by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on legal status of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship (further - action) is performed by the staff of divisions on nationality and migration of managements, Departments of Internal Affairs of city, district executive committees (local administrations) (further - division on nationality and migration) based on the instruction on action for form according to appendix 1 to this resolution of the head of department, Department of Internal Affairs of city, district executive committee (local administration) (further - territorial authority of internal affairs) or his authorized deputy;
1.2. during the action:
availability at foreign citizens and stateless persons (daleeinostranets) of documents, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Belarus about legal status of foreigners is established;
