1. In case of need decisions on classification of goods according to Art. 107 of the Federal Law of 27.11.2010 N 311-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation" (further - classification decisions) can be issued to the representative of the interested person by proxy who is drawn up in accordance with the established procedure.

2. In case of need the participant of foreign trade activities can receive electronic image of the inquiry about need of provision of the additional information for adoption of the classification decision sent by the official letter UTN FCS of Russia the applicant.

For this purpose the participant of foreign trade activities in case of the address to UTN FCS of Russia concerning receipt of the classification decision shall specify in the statement for need of duplication of request for the additional information (in case of its direction) by e-mail.

Also it is necessary to specify the e-mail address to which it is necessary to send electronic image of request in the statement.

Request of participants of foreign trade activities not to respond to the letters arriving from the e-mail address UTN FCS of Russia.
