The existing management system Broadcasting company of Uzbekistan, duplication and parallelism of managerial structures, lack of legal and economic independence of teleradio channels interfere with market development of the teleradio industry, the creative competition of the ideas and programs. Centralization of system of financing, payment of creative and technical services of specialists of TV and radio broadcasting without specific contribution of collectives to implementation of new programs and projects does not stimulate high-productive work, creative initiative and activity of journalists, other employees of Broadcasting company of Uzbekistan.
