About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of January 05, 2011 No. 3

For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of Article 29 of the Budget code of Ukraine and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2012 "About approval of the Procedure for forming and use by foreign diplomatic organizations of Ukraine of means of the government budget for implementation of actions for protection of the rights and interests of citizens of Ukraine abroad and introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23 in 2001 No. 381" I ORDER to No. 651:

1. Item 6 of the order the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of January 05, 2011 No. 3 "About approval of the Regulations on the consular fee of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 31, 2011 for No. 131/18869, to state in such edition:

"6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff.".

2. Approve Changes in the Regulations on the consular fee of Ukraine approved by the order the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of January 05, 2011 No. 3, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 31, 2011 for No. 131/18869, which are applied.

3. To provide to department on financial administrative matters and clerical work submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
