1. Bring in the Regulations on features of implementation of activities for asset management of institution investors approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of November 02, 2006 No. 1227, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 30, 2006 for No. 1252/13126 (with changes), such changes:
1.1. In the Section I:
1.1.1. State Item 3 in such edition:
"3. Professional activity in the stock market is performed only based on the license granted by State commission on securities and the stock market or the National commission on securities and the stock market (further - the Commission)".
1.1.2. Item in paragraph one 9, paragraph one of Item 10 and the paragraph the sixth Item 12 shall be replaced with words the word of "Commission" "State commission on securities and the stock market".
1.2. To state subitem 2.2 of Item 2 of the Section III in such edition:
"2.2. Will organize the advertizing campaign of ISI according to the Law of Ukraine "About advertizing" taking into account regulations of the Laws of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" and "About securities and the stock market"".
