About entering of amendments into the Law on veterans No. 190-XV of May 8, 2003
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on veterans No. 190-XV of May 8, 2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 84-86, of the Art. 392), with subsequent changes, to make the following additions:
1. Part (Article 12 to add 2) with words ", and also parents of persons who were involved in fighting on protection of territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova and in fighting in Afghanistan, the dead on duty (in the battlefield).".
2. Part (Article 22 to add 1) with Item e) the following content:
"e) to parents of persons who were involved in fighting on protection of territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova and also in the fighting in Afghanistan which died on duty (in the battlefield) - 500 lei.".
Art. II. - To the government in three-months time to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
