1. Under Article 223-1:

1.1. to state the name of Article in the following edition:

"Article 223-1. Violation of the law about receipt (issue) of grant";

1.2. in the sanction of Article 223-1.1 of the word "from one thousand to two thousand five hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "on officials in the amount of one thousand five hundred up to two thousand five hundred manats, on legal entities at the rate from five thousand to seven thousand";

1.3. in the sanction of Article 223-1.2 of the word "from one thousand to two thousand five hundred" shall be replaced with words "on officials in the amount of one thousand five hundred up to two thousand five hundred manats, on legal entities at the rate from five thousand to seven thousand";

1.4. add with Article 223-1.3 of the following content:

"223-1.3. Acceptance by the religious structures operating in the Azerbaijan Republic, non-governmental organizations, including branches and representative offices of non-governmental organizations of foreign states of the help in type of financial resources and (or) in other material form without agreement (resolution) on grant

- attracts imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of two thousand five hundred to five thousand manats, on legal entities at the rate from eight thousand to fifteen thousand manats, with confiscation of the means and objects which became direct subject to administrative offense.";

"Article 247-4. Non-inclusion of data on the donations in the financial statement Non-inclusion of the Amount of Donations accepted by political party or non-governmental organization, including branch and representative office of non-governmental organization of foreign states, and the information about donors in the financial statement submitted to relevant organ of the executive authority

- attracts imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of one thousand five hundred to three thousand manats, on legal entities at the rate from five thousand to eight thousand manats.

Article 247-5. Issue and acceptance of the offered money in cash form

247-5.1. Issue of political party or non-governmental organization, including to branch and representation of foreign state of the offered money in cash form

- attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of two hundred fifty to five hundred manats, on officials in the amount of seven hundred fifty to one thousand five hundred manats, on legal entities in the amount of three thousand five hundred to seven thousand manats.

247-5.2. Acceptance by political party or non-governmental organization, including branch and representative office of non-governmental organization of foreign state of the offered money in cash form

- attracts imposing of penalty on officials at the rate from one thousand to two thousand manats, on legal entities at the rate from seven thousand to ten thousand manats.

Note: This Article will not extend to the donations in the amount up to two hundred manats issued in cash form to the non-governmental organizations operating in the Azerbaijan Republic which main activities according to the charter is charity, and accepted by these organizations in cash form.".
