120-1.1. Violation of the law about protection and rational use of genetic inventories of cultural plants, that is:

120-1.1.4. the activities doing harm to protection of genetic inventories of rare and endangered species (populations) of the plants having the potential importance for agroecosystems in the Azerbaijan Republic, that is illegal collection of the protected rare and endangered species of plants with the established area, cattle pasture in the territory of their arrangement set fire these territories

- attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of two hundred to three hundred manats, on officials in the amount of five hundred to six hundred manats, on legal entities in the amount of one thousand five hundred to two thousand manats.
